What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and reschedules are free up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Cancelling less than 24 hours before may not be fully refundable, since a car and driver have already been allocated to your trip.
My flight is delayed — what happens to my airport transfer?
Share your flight number when you book. Our driver tracks the flight and waits for your actual arrival — the 60 minutes of free waiting start when you land, and reasonable delays cost nothing extra.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or cash directly to the driver. No deposit is needed to book — the final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before your trip.
How much luggage fits in the car?
Tell us how many passengers and suitcases you have when you book and we'll assign a car that fits. As a rule of thumb, groups with lots of large luggage are more comfortable in a Family Van (Hiace).
Can I get a child car seat?
Let us know your child's age when booking and we'll confirm car seat availability on WhatsApp before your trip.
