How your airport pickup works

When you book, send us your flight number, the number of passengers, how many large suitcases you have and your hotel or villa address. We use the flight number to track your arrival, so if your plane lands early or late your driver adjusts automatically. You do not need to message us from the plane.

Once you clear immigration and collect your bags, walk out into the arrivals hall at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Your driver will be standing with a name board. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time counted from landing, which is usually enough even when the immigration and baggage queues are long. Reasonable flight delays are handled at no extra charge.

Fixed price per car, no surprises

Our airport transfer price is set per route and per car class, and you can see the fixed rates above before you message us. It is the same whether you travel alone or as a family of five in the same car, which makes a private transfer good value for couples, families and small groups. Fuel and airport parking are already included, so the number you agree on is the number you pay.

There is no deposit to secure the booking. You can pay by bank transfer or in cash to the driver, and you can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before pickup. That flexibility matters when airlines change schedules at short notice.

Choosing the right car for your luggage

Luggage is the most common reason a transfer goes wrong, so be honest about it when you book. An MPV such as a Xenia, Avanza, Xpander or Innova suits most couples and small families. If you have surfboards, golf bags, prams or several large cases, step up to a premium SUV like the Fortuner, Pajero Sport or Innova Zenix Q, or book a Hiace family van, which seats up to around 12 people.

For honeymooners, business travellers or anyone who simply wants to arrive rested, the Toyota Alphard offers lounge-style seats and a quiet cabin. Every car in our fleet is air-conditioned and regularly maintained, and our drivers are insured.

Realistic travel times from the airport

Bali's airport sits in Tuban, just south of Kuta, so some areas are close and others take real time. Kuta and Legian are often 15 to 30 minutes away. Nusa Dua is quick thanks to the Bali Mandara toll road. Seminyak can take 30 to 60 minutes, and Canggu often takes longer because of narrow roads and evening congestion. Uluwatu is usually around an hour, and Ubud is typically one and a half to two hours.

Traffic is heaviest in the late afternoon and early evening, and around ceremonies or public holidays. Your driver knows the back roads, but no one can make Bali traffic disappear, so plan dinner reservations and villa check-ins with some buffer.

Departure transfers and combining with a tour

Going home? Book a departure transfer the same way. For international flights we suggest arriving at the airport about three hours before departure, and leaving even earlier from Ubud, Canggu or Uluwatu in the afternoon. If you have a late flight and an early villa checkout, you can turn the day into a private charter instead: visit a temple or have a final beach lunch with your bags safely in the car, then go straight to the terminal.
